Not all museums are filled with majestic paintings and statues. Some are filled with moist towelettes.

Why? Because everybody wants to collect something. At least that’s what Moist Towelette Museum curator John French says. His Michigan museum is stuffed with wet wipes from all over the world. Would you hop on a Michigan-bound plane for that? Maybe not. But what about a side trip to one of these other unusual museums?

The UFO Museum—At this New Mexico museum, you can investigate claims about extra-terrestrial life. Interested? Take a heap of good judgment with you!

The Museum of Bad Art—You may not be rich enough to donate to a fancy art museum. But you can donate to this Massachusetts collection. Any ugly painting you find at a garage sale will do.

The Garbage Museum—You can see a dinosaur replica at any old museum, right? But it’s not everywhere you can see a Trash-o-saurus. Connecticut’s Garbage Museum features a dino made from a ton of trash. That’s about how much trash you create each year.

God’s world is full of things to study and see. Almost anything could have its own museum! What kind of museum would you like to visit?
