The people of Monaco are getting ready to hear a huge racket. Church bells will ring for 15 whole minutes. Forty-two canon shots will ring out. Boat horns will blare.

All this racket will attend the birth of two babies. One of the babies will be Monaco’s new prince. But which one?

Monaco, nestled between France and the Mediterranean Sea, is one of the smallest countries in the world. Its rulers, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene, expect twins in December.
